Everything you need to know about DTF transfers
What is DTF?
Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a printing process that transfers designs directly onto fabric using a special film and powder adhesive. Unlike traditional methods, DTF offers vibrant colors, excellent durability, and works on a wide variety of materials including cotton, polyester, and blends.
How long does production take?
Standard production time is 3-5 business days from order confirmation. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. You'll receive updates via email as your order moves through our production queue.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and AI files. For best results, provide vector files (AI, PDF) or high-resolution raster images (300 DPI minimum). Transparent backgrounds are supported and recommended for most designs.
What sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of sizes from small 2" x 2" transfers up to large 22" x 24" sheets. Custom sizes can be accommodated for bulk orders. See our order page for the full size selection.
How do I apply the transfer?
Apply transfers using a heat press at 320°F for 12-15 seconds with medium pressure. Peel hot for best results. For detailed application instructions, refer to our guidelines page or contact support.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, we don't offer returns on completed orders. However, if there's a defect or error on our part, we'll work with you to make it right. Contact support within 48 hours of receiving your order if you encounter any issues.
